We have a Manhattan sofa and love seat by Stressless that we bought 7 years ago from another Victoria furniture stores we know how comfortable they are and how they stand up. This purchase great because the fact that we felt no pressure, like you get in some stores. Our original sales rep Brayden was knowledgable and showed us how the Stressless recliner mechanics are engineered, for future considerations. We went home and thought about it and then phoned back the next day. He was off however Maureen handled all our inquiries and finalized the sale. The sofa arrived today and looks even better out of the showroom. The delivery crew were pleasant and delivered it into our house with little effort. The helper on this delivery must be a new employeee because the lead man was instructing him exactly what to do and what to watch for ,so as to not cause damage to the product or our house.
