The Excelsior ALL Stain Experience is a pre-paid 10* year service plan that has you covered against ALL accidental stains on upholstery, and includes a specially formulated care kit for in home care and maintenance of the upholstery on your furniture.
For the first 5 years, we’ll send a technician to remove the stain. If the stain persists, then we’ll repair it. If it can’t be repaired, then we’ll replace it!
After 5 years, we’ll send a technician to do stain removal only, for an additional five years. Got a Stain? Clean it using the specially formulated care kit included with your service plan.
If you do not use the warranty within the 5 years valid for an in-home technician, ScanDesigns will issue you full credit for the value of the stain protection plan. This credit can be used for an in-store purchase up to 1 year after the protection plan has expired on any ScanDesigns purchase over $500.
